A new concept restaurant Izaka-Ya by Katsu-Ya was opened in Feb. 2007 in the trendy West Los Angeles location. In addition to Katsu-Ya's original dishes, local Okinawa dishes are served with wider varieties of Sake selections, including Katsu-Ya original.
